INTELEZA works by holding a model of your life. That only works if you trust what happens to it, so here is exactly what we store and what you control.
Last updated 28 August 2026.
What we collect
Account details you give us: name, email address, timezone, and the sign-in method you choose (email and password, or Google).
Content you create in the app: goals, daily briefs, evening reviews, decisions, learning sessions, relationships, memory entries, coach conversations, preferences and reminder settings.
Operational records: AI run counts, feedback ratings, notification records, and billing records for your subscription.
How we use it
Your content is used to run the product for you: to build your brief, to explain recommendations, to keep your model current, and to enforce the limits of your plan.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your private content to train shared or public models.
AI processing
When you ask for a brief, an evening review, a coach reply, a decision analysis or an insight, relevant parts of your model are sent to a model provider to generate that output. Only what is needed for the request is sent.
Payments
Subscriptions are processed by our payment provider. Card details are entered with the provider and never stored by INTELEZA. We keep the plan, status, renewal date and subscription identifiers needed to give you access.
Retention and deletion
You choose how long memory is retained in Settings: keep everything, one year, or 90 days.
You can export your data at any time from Settings, in JSON or CSV. You can delete your account from Settings; deletion removes your content and your sign-in record, and cannot be undone.
Access controls
Every record is scoped to your account at the database level. Staff tooling shows counts and status metadata for support and abuse handling; it does not expose the content of your briefs, memory or coach conversations.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export and delete your data from inside the app. If you want help with any of that, or want to raise a concern, contact us at the address in the Terms.
