Terms of Service

INTELEZA is a personal intelligence product. It builds a private model of your life across twelve dimensions and produces briefs, reviews, coaching and analysis from it.

INTELEZA is not a medical, legal, financial or therapeutic service. Its output is guidance, not professional advice. Decisions you make remain yours.

You must give accurate details, keep your credentials secure, and be old enough to form a contract in your country. One account is for one person.

Every plan starts with a 14-day trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription continues at the plan price shown at checkout and renews automatically for the interval you chose, monthly or annual.

You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

Each plan includes a set of intelligence dimensions, a number of active goals, and a monthly AI run allowance. Limits are enforced in the product. Upgrading unlocks more immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.

Do not attempt to breach security or access other members data, resell or automate bulk access to the service, or use it to harm others or break the law.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or the AI allowance.

You keep ownership of everything you write. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process it in order to run the product for you.

We work to keep INTELEZA available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may end an account for a material breach of these terms. On deletion, your content is removed and cannot be recovered.
